Booty work...

I just got back from a run and can almost run the uphill parts without stopping.  It sounds lame, but seriously the elevation and hills make it tough!  I also, run a lot bigger of a distance than I used to.  Anyway, I had some whole wheat pasta and natural (homemade) tomato sauce for lunch with some fruit.  Super yum and way healthy! Can't wait to reach my goal.  I also went on a hike yesterday and my butttt it sooooo sore from going downhill, I guess that means my booty needs more of a workout! haha;)  The uphill part of the mountain we hiked of course made me breathe hard, but my legs aren't sore from that thank goodness.
