Nutrisystem...

So when in college, Nutrisystem is the way to go.  The meals are already prepared for you and it's easy to grab and go.  I would highly recommend them.  That's what I'm doing today.  I'm going on a one month Nurtrisystem fast.  I'll keep you all posted on how much I loose! I can't wait.  I'm visiting my bro in cali in april and want to drop a lot more weight until then.  Until next time xoxo:)

Getting my game face on.. ahhh yaaa! hahha:)

My motivation to keep going... Still not at my goal!

It's so important to only compare yourself to you.  I don't have pictures of models hanging anywhere because that's not realistic.  I only acknowledge the changes I've actually made so far and can't wait to keep seeing results.  I don't know what I will look like once I loose all my weight, but I also know I won't ever be a model, so I won't compare myself to one!

Some Before Pictures... EW!

Things start to get tricky...

I've always been confident because I don't see any reason to hate yourself or life just because of how you look to the world.  I know that it's not healthy to be overweight, but I had been all my life so that's all I knew. I have always just tried to have an attitude of gratitude and be grateful for everything God has given me.
I do want to loose all of my weight though, I know I will be happier, because I have already felt a 90lb different change and just that has been amazing!!

I have tried so many diets atkins, weight watchers, nutrisystem, alli, abs diet, rice diet, calorie counting diet, ice cream diet, pasta diet, whole wheat diet, McDougall diet etc.  The thing I found is that no matter what diet I attempt, they are only as successful as I am. I also have found that the time that I keep off my weight is when I make gradual changes.

We all know the type of dieting where you say, okay tomorrow is Monday so I am going to not eat sugar start my new diet and go to the gym.  When Monday roles around though, you may wake up motivated and go to the gym, you may eat a healthy breakfast and even make it to lunch.  Then some temptation arises and you give in.  That's why gradual changes are so necessary.  Start by saying tomorrow I will start my new diet. Then after you have done good on that for a couple of weeks, add in exercise.  After a while you will keep making positive healthy changes and actually keep the weight off.
I am even getting asked on more dates now!
(isn't he handsome!!)
Tomorrow is a new day!! Don't give up!

Halfway There!

Here is a picture of what I look like right now.  I am halfway to reaching my goal! I can't wait to finally be happy with my body and health.

Before Pictures!!

I can't believe I used to look like this!  It makes me so happy knowing how far I've come.  So far I have lost 90lbs... I have about 70lbs more to go!
